Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a suitable candidate for our content lead role. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our content direction and maintaining high standards across diverse platforms. You possess exceptional narrative abilities, seamlessly transitioning between formal publications and informal blog entries, while synthesizing varied inputs into a cohesive, well-crafted message. Though you excel in dynamic, unstructured settings, your organizational prowess allows you to align stakeholders and streamline processes, ensuring full control over the narratives we present.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing the development of clear, cohesive, and captivating content across our entire communication landscape, spanning our website, blog, social media, and emerging metaverse platforms.
• Own the editorial calendar, generating engaging blog posts, and other compelling content.
• Own the company blog and optimize for SEO to drive further traffic to SynFutures.
• Craft content that educates, inspires, and drives conversions by deeply immersing yourself in our products and customer base.
• Define and track key content metrics to refine strategic approach, demonstrating data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in content strategy development and execution
• A passionate cryptocurrency enthusiast is a must. Prior experience in the crypto space is not essential, but basic domain knowledge is required
• Exceptional editorial acumen with the ability to tailor content across diverse subject matter, aligned with voice/tone guidelines, brand identity, and target audiences
• Possess a writer's mindset, keen eye for detail, and capacity to offer constructive feedback
