SynFutures is entering its most ambitious phase: designing the next generation of the protocoland launching our own chain. We're hiring a Head of Product to lead both from the ground up —defining what we build, how it works, and who it serves. You'll be the first product hire for the new era, responsible for building the product function as the company scales. This is a rare opportunity to shape a protocol and chain from zero, with the backing of top-tier investors and a team that's already proven it can ship at scale.
Protocol & Chain Strategy. Define the product vision and roadmap for SynFutures' next-generation protocol and chain, spanning perpetual futures, AMM design, liquidity mechanisms, permissionless market creation, and chain architecture.
Full Product Lifecycle. Lead from ideation through launch and iteration — scoping, prioritization, sprint planning, and post-launch optimization.
Technical Collaboration. Work directly with smart contract and backend engineering teams ontrading logic, risk engines, funding rate mechanisms, oracle integrations, and chain-level infrastructure decisions.
Data & Metrics. Establish a data-driven product culture with clear KPIs across liquidity, retention, trading volume, and user activation.
User & Market Insight. Run user research, competitive analysis, and community feedback loops to ensure strong product-market fit.
Go-to-Market. Partner with BD, marketing, and ecosystem teams to drive adoption, launch new markets, and expand the protocol's reach.
Team Building. Hire and mentor a product team from scratch, fostering high execution velocity and strong cross-functional alignment.
