SynFutures is looking to a passionate and experienced Product Manager to lead our Innovation product line. You will be responsible for guiding the development and execution of innovative DeFi solutions integrated with cutting-edge AI technologies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI-driven DeFi solutions that meet market needs and drive business growth.
1. Product Strategy & Vision:
(1) Define and communicate the vision for AI + DeFi products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
(2) Conduct market research to understand trends in the DeFi and AI spaces, identifying gaps and opportunities for innovation.
(3) Build a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and capabilities that maximize value for users and stakeholders.
2. Cross-functional Leadership:
(1) Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and business teams to define product requirements, ensure smooth development, and deliver high-quality AI-powered DeFi solutions.
(2) Lead product discovery, design, and validation processes, leveraging user feedback and AI advancements to continuously refine and improve product offerings.
3. Product Development & Delivery:
(1) Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
(2) Work closely with engineering teams to develop technical specifications and ensure AI models are properly integrated into DeFi products.
(3) Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and use data-driven insights to guide product iterations and improvements.
(4) Gather and analyze feedback from users, clients, and business leaders to continuously refine the product and ensure market fit.
4. AI + DeFi Expertise:
(1) Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in AI and DeFi, integrating cutting-edge technologies to create competitive advantages.
(2) Understand the regulatory landscape in the DeFi space and work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that products adhere to relevant standards.
5. Risk Management:
(1) Proactively identify potential risks related to product development, including technical challenges, market shifts, and regulatory changes.
