The Role

We're looking for an RWA Operations Manager to drive the execution and day-to-day management of SynFutures' new RWA initiative. You'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations across asset onboarding, partner integrations, compliance workflows, company incorporations, and performance monitoring for real-world asset products.

This role sits at the intersection of DeFi, operations, and finance: ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and excited to build the operational backbone of a new onchain RWA ecosystem. You'll be expected to operate with a high degree of independence, producing executive-ready deliverables and managing complex workflows with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Operational Execution: Oversee end-to-end operational workflows for RWA product deployment, including asset onboarding, due diligence, and partner coordination
• Vendor & Partner Management: Lead vendor evaluation and selection processes; manage ongoing relationships with asset issuers, custodians, auditors, and infrastructure partners including performance reviews and contract renewals
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (product, legal, BD, and marketing) to ensure smooth execution of new RWA launches and partnerships
• Compliance Operations: Own compliance and risk management operational workflows including documentation management, audit coordination, KYC/AML processes, and partner verification
• Process Optimization: Identify and optimize process bottlenecks to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across RWA operations
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Build and maintain comprehensive internal documentation and knowledge systems for scaling RWA operations globally

Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years in operations, product operations, or asset management within crypto, fintech, or traditional finance
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of DeFi, tokenized assets, stablecoins, and onchain credit markets
• Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional workflows with multiple stakeholders
• Research & Analysis: Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough, professional-grade research and due diligence with clear documentation and sourcing—ability to systematically evaluate and compare multiple solutions/vendors
• Quality Standards: High standard of professional communication and documentation; experience producing materials for executive or board-level review
• Accuracy: Track record of producing accurate, error-free deliverables under deadline pressure
