Role Overview
SynFutures is looking for an exceptional Smart Contract Engineer to join our core team. If you graduated from a top Chinese university (985 or 211), have a strong interest in cryptography, finance, and distributed systems, and are eager to tackle challenging technical problems, we look forward to hearing from you. You will work closely with our product, design, and blockchain engineering teams to build next-generation decentralized applications (DApps) and financial protocols that integrate Real World Assets (RWA) — delivering high-performance and intuitive user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain full-chain protocols supporting RWA asset issuance, liquidation, interest distribution, and secondary market trading.
- Develop complex financial logic related to RWA assets, including but not limited to interest models, risk control mechanisms, compliance checks, and asset redemption processes.
- Write high-quality, readable, and audit-ready smart contract code, along with comprehensive technical documentation.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above from a 985 or 211 university, majoring in Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or related fields.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology and smart contract development, with strong interest and insight into the DeFi and RWA sectors.
- Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying production-grade Solidity contracts. Prior experience with financial contracts (e.g., lending, derivatives, or asset management) is preferred.
- Technical Stack: Proficient in Solidity, with a solid grasp of gas optimization and security best practices. Skilled in at least one non-smart contract programming language (preferably JavaScript/TypeScript or Python) for developing supporting tools and test scripts.
- Protocol Knowledge: In-depth understanding of mainstream DeFi protocols (e.g., Uniswap V2/V3, AAVE, Compound) and ability to analyze their design trade-offs.
- Chinese Speaking: Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required.
