Role: Social Media Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day management of SynFutures’ and Monday Trade’s social channels — especially X (Twitter) and TikTok. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes crypto culture, understands what performs on social, and can craft narratives that drive engagement and brand growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage social channels for both SynFutures and Monday Trade, including X, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
- Stay on top of crypto narratives, DeFi trends, and meme culture to ensure brand voice stays fresh, relevant, and native to Web3.
- Create, and publish engaging daily content (tweets, threads, memes, videos, stories, etc.) aligned with brand voice and community tone.
- Reply and interact directly with users, traders, and partners across platforms to foster engagement and build community trust.
- Develop and grow TikTok presence from 0 to 1 — including concepting, filming, and editing short-form video content with a crypto-native twist.
- Collaborate with design, product, and community teams to align messaging across campaigns, announcements, and product launches.
- Monitor social performance metrics and community sentiment, using data insights to optimize engagement and reach.
- Work closely with marketing leadership to support brand transitions, major product updates, and cross-channel campaign strategies.
- Support influencer, KOL, and partnership activations with timely posts, engagement, and follow-ups on social channels.
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience managing social media accounts in crypto, preferably in DeFi.
