The Role
We're looking for a dynamic and people-centric Talent Lead to champion both the growth of our team and the well-being of our current employees.
As our Talent Lead, you will be the driving force behind our company's most critical resource: our people. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, strategically bringing in top-tier talent that aligns with our goals. Simultaneously, you will manage our team's daily operations, including benefits, reimbursements, and workplace programs to ensure we maintain an efficient and supportive work environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (50%)
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Sourcing & Pipelining: Utilize creative sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals) to build a robust and diverse talent pipeline.
- Candidate Experience: Create an exceptional and memorable candidate journey, ensuring every interaction reflects our company values.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Partner closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics, and long-term team-building goals.
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, helping to promote SynFutures as an employer of choice.
- Team Operations & Benefits Administration (50%)
- Benefits Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee benefits inquiries. Manage enrollment, changes, and liaise with benefits providers.
- Expense Management: Own and administer the company's travel and daily expense reimbursement program, ensuring smooth processing, policy compliance, and timely payments.
- Workplace Programs: Oversee and manage employee perks and workplace programs (e.g., offsite outings, wellness stipends, professional development funds, flexible work arrangements).
- Daily Operations Support: Act as a resource for the team on operational questions related to policies, expense claims, and workplace needs.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role, preferably in a tech, startup, or fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience administering employee benefits programs.
- Experience managing travel booking and daily expense reimbursement processes.
- Deep understanding of recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems).
