Role Overview
SynFutures is looking for a Senior Web3 Backend Operations Engineer to help build the next generation of decentralized finance (DeFi) infrastructure. As a core member of the team, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and automating the monitoring of blockchain nodes and decentralized infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and resilience. Your work will be the cornerstone of ensuring our product's competitive advantage and stability in a fierce market.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, deployment, and operation of distributed service clusters to ensure high availability and performance.
- Responsible for the deployment, monitoring, and timely upgrades of blockchain nodes.
- Develop and implement standards, processes, and specifications for application operations management.
- Build efficient monitoring and alerting systems to handle service failures and performance issues.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related engineering field.
- Integrity: Honest, reliable, and of good character.
- Interest in Blockchain: Strong interest in blockchain technology, independent thinking, strong learning ability, and adaptability to new things.
- Experience: 3–7 years of DevOps/SRE experience (in the Web3 field), with over 2 years of production-level K8s experience (including upgrades, troubleshooting, and optimization).
- CI/CD Proficiency: Proficient in at least one mainstream CI/CD tool (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins).
- Familiarity with Tools: Knowledge of Helm/Kustomize, container image optimization (multi-stage builds, SBOM, image signing).
