Role Overview

SynFutures is looking for a Senior Web3 Backend Engineer to help build the next generation of decentralized finance (DeFi) infrastructure. As a core member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance, highly secure, low-latency trading and risk control systems, directly addressing core challenges such as on-chain transactions, data indexing, and fund security. Your work will be the cornerstone of ensuring our product's competitive advantage and stability in a fierce market.

Key Responsibilities

• Core System Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable high-performance Web3 backend services, including but not limited to on-chain trading bots, automated liquidation, and arbitrage and hedging systems.
• Risk Control System: Participate in building the core risk control system, responsible for designing and developing risk control models and real-time warning mechanisms to ensure fund security against market fluctuations and malicious attacks.
• Data Infrastructure: Design and develop Subgraph blockchain data indexing and build a local centralized database to provide robust data support for product decision-making, strategy backtesting, and real-time monitoring.
• Architecture and Product-Driven: Responsible for architecture design and development of new products and SDK versions, collaborating closely with frontend developers and product managers, leading code development, testing, deployment, and actively driving product launch and iteration.
• Lower-Level Library Development: Participate in the development and construction of lower-level blockchain libraries (e.g., SDKs for interacting with EVM-compatible chains) to provide stable, consistent, and efficient blockchain interaction interfaces for upper-layer applications.
• Third-Party Integration: Responsible for integrating with third-party data platforms and services, designing stable, efficient, and secure API interface services.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related engineering field, with over 5 years of backend development experience and at least 2 years of direct involvement in Web3/blockchain project development.
• Web3 Tech Stack: Proficient in the Web3 technology ecosystem, such as ethers.js, viem, Hardhat, Foundry, with practical experience in deep interactions with smart contracts.
• Programming Languages: Proficient in at least one of the following languages: TypeScript (Node.js) or Golang, with experience developing high-concurrency, production-level projects.
• Cloud & Containers: Familiar with Docker container technology, with development and deployment experience on major cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
